Preservation of facial and acoustic nerves in the total removal of large and small acoustic tumors: Report of two cases

摘要: ✓ Two cases are presented in which an acoustic tumor was totally removed without the aid of operating microscope. In one them, a large lesion excised, with restoration patient's hearing postoperatively. The anatomical problems analyzed, and relevant literature is reviewed briefly.
