摘要: The first case of full recovery from deafness after radical intracapsular removal a large acoustic neurinoma, more than 4 cm in diameter, is reported. patient, 17-year-old woman, had multiple intracranial and intraspinal tumors addition to bilateral neurinomas. Radical useful technique preserve nerves patients with neurinoma. When identifiable evoked potentials are preserved brain stem auditory potential, hearing preservation should be tried despite preoperative level.
