摘要: Publisher Summary Developments in the field of biotechnology have made it easy and economical to introduce 2H, 13C, 15N isotopic labels into proteins either uniformly or selectively. At same time, an explosion number nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) experiments that can exploit labeling obtain assignments extract structural, dynamic, biological information has occurred. Varieties procedures are developed isotopically-enrich proteins, most which involve use organism expresses over-expresses protein interest. This chapter presents general details each discusses their advantages disadvantages. Isotopic enrichment, using photosynthetic bacteria algae, bacteria, yeast, mammalian expression sections, is considered, several methods enrichment do not vehicles. A brief overview NMR also presented.
