摘要: The c-H-ras p21 protein is the product of humanras proto-oncogene, a member ubiquitous eukaryotic gene family which highly conserved in evolution. These proteins play an important role control cellular growth. We report here sequential assignment backbone nuclei truncated form 21-kD product, using our recently proposed 4D NMR strategy (Boucher et al., 1992). assignments are first step towards full investigation structure, dynamics and interactions wild-type oncogenicrasp21 spectroscopy. Some data were presented at 33rd ENC held Asilomar, California, U.S.A., April 1992.
