摘要: A closed-loop gain/efficiency-enhanced bidirectional switched-capacitor converter BSCC is proposed by combining an adaptive-conversion-ratio ACR phase generator and pulse-width-modulation PWM controller for step-up/down DC-DC conversion regulation. For realizing gain-enhanced, the power part consists of one mc-stage cell nc-stage in cascade between low-voltage LV high-voltage HV sides to boost voltage into mc×nc times source at most, or convert 1/mc×nc most. efficiency-enhanced, idea with adapting stage number m,n built obtain a suitable gain: m×n 1/m×nm=1,2,',mc, n=1,2,',nc. Further, output regulation robustness source/loading variation can be enhanced on LV/HV sides. Some theoretical analysis control design are included as: modeling, steady-state analysis, ratio, efficiency, capacitance selection, design. Finally, performance this scheme verified experimentally prototype, all results illustrated show efficacy scheme. Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
