摘要: Summary This paper presents a high step-up soft switched dc–dc converter having the feature of current ripple cancelation in input stage that is specialized for power conditioning fuel cell systems. The comprises special half-bridge and rectifier based upon voltage-doubler circuit, which coupled-inductor technology amalgamated with switched-capacitor circuit. no principal characteristics this topology achieved by utilizing small coupled inductor. In addition, low clamped voltage stress across both switches output diodes another advantage proposed converter, allows employing metal–oxide–semiconductor field-effect transistors minuscule on-state resistance lower forward voltage-drop, thereby, semiconductors' conduction losses diminish considerably. inherent nature handles switching scheme on asymmetrical pulse width modulation order to establish zero switching, leading losses. Besides, because absence reverse-recovery phenomenon, all turn off switching. At last, 250-W laboratory prototype 24 V 380 V implemented verify especial features converter.
