摘要: Summary A case report of continuous lumbar epidural anaesthesia with chloroprocaine is described in which delayed onset, extensive and spread, prolonged duration were observed. Although placement neither the needle nor catheter was confirmed radiographically, anaesthetic course may be consistent extra-arachnoid subdural injection local solution. Other reported cases, similar features explained same way, are also discussed.
