摘要: A case of non-fatal massive bone marrow necrosis (MBMN) is reported in a patient with primary thrombocythaemia five years after diagnosis. No precipitating cause was identified. The developed postnecrotic myelofibrosis six months later. As far as known, this the first report MBMN thrombocythaemia.
