摘要: Unfortunately, social science surveys are often confronted with biases. Due to network effects, on markets, e.g. markets of Social Network Services (as Facebook), only one company, the “standard,” dominates a local (or even global) market. Common models evaluation and acceptance information systems variants Technology Acceptance Model, TAM) capture systems’ quality dimensions perceived ease use, usefulness, trust, fun. In an empirical investigation different user groups, we found that users were not able present unbiased estimations “their” standard system other, non-standard systems. They captured in their standard, leading conception “standard-dependent blindness” (SDUB). So users’ statements highly vulnerable area surveys.
