摘要: MicroRNAs are endogenous short non-coding RNAs that regulate gene expression mainly at the post-transcriptional level by base pairing to 3′ untranslated region of target messenger RNAs. At present, hundreds microRNAs have been identified in humans, and some them revealed play a critical role especially initiation, progression, malignant potential various cancers. In this chapter, we discuss cancer its application for therapy.
