摘要: Cystic neoplasms of the pancreas, including 4 patients with serous cystadenoma and 11 mucinous cystic neoplasm, were studied. Serous cystadenomas composed epithelial cells glycogen in cytoplasm benign all, whereas consisted four benign, two borderline, five malignant lesions. The average size was 1.8 cm greatest diameter cystadenomas, about 5 borderline tumors, more than 8 cystadenocarcinomas. Histologically, all lesions, cysts contained areas lined epithelium had a appearance, comparable that cystadenoma. These observations suggest or disease case An immunohistochemical study for carcinoembryonic antigen carbohydrate 19-9 showed denser diffuse localizations such materials stroma as compared to findings cases.
