摘要: Abstract In the present study, attempts have been made to develop aluminium foam using cenosphere as a space holder by spray forming route. The main process variables were, applied current, gas pressure, and weight fraction of holders. Detailed investigation effect parameters on microstructures were undertaken optimize processing zone for development foam. mechanical properties in terms micro hardness, compressive strength, tensile strength evaluated details. Finally, deformation behaviour has established.
