摘要: Abstract For T>T c , the frequency-dependent conductivity, σ(ω), is Drude-like in far-infrared (IR) and indicates a broad absorption mid-IR. T R S (ω)=1.0±0.005 for ω −1 . All normal state Drude oscillator strength shifts to δ(ω), but with no shift or loss of from No feature (ω) σ(ω) can be assigned energy gap. The penetration depth (λ L ) carrier density condensate (N are λ ≈2000A N ≈4.5X10 20 (m ∗ /m) cm −3 m optical effective mass free-electron mass). data demonstrate that quality these epitaxial Tl 2 Ba CaCu O 8 films comparable best YBa Cu 3 7-δ films.
