摘要: This paper introduces the scheduling method for thermal and energy storage system (ESS) unit commitment. The ESS is incorporated to achieve peak load shaving reduce total cost. implemented by extended priority list (EPL) method. EPL consists of two steps, in first step we get rapidly some initial commitment schedules (PL) In this step, operational constraints are disregarded. second modified using problem specific heuristics fulfill To calculate efficiently, only applied solutions which can expect improvement. ramp constraint considered at last carried out based on schedule obtained Several numerical examples demonstrate effectiveness proposed
