摘要: Immunoassays were first used by Berson and Yalow [4] to measure insulin in human blood the technique was subsequently adapted for analysis of a variety compounds involved animal metabolism [1]. Antisera raised against indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) gibberellin A3 initially an assay based on inhibition activation modified bacteriophage T4 [6, 8, 9]. However, these reports received only limited attention it not until development radioimmunoassays (RIA) [2, 10, 14, 18–21, 25] enzyme-linked immunoabsorbent assays (ELISA [3, 5, 22, 24] plant hormones that potential value immunological techniques growth regulator research began be more generally appreciated.
