摘要: For a variety of species, changes in the expression heat shock proteins (HSP) have been linked to key developmental changes, i.e., gametogenesis, embryogenesis, and metamorphosis. Many marine invertebrates are known biphasic life cycle where pelagic larvae go through settlement metamorphosis as they transition benthic stage. A series experiments were run examine protein 70 (HSP 70) during larval early spat (initial phase) development Eastern oyster, Crassostrea virginica. In addition, impact thermal stress on HSP these stages was studied. C. virginica expressed three isoforms, two constitutive, HSC 77 72, one inducible, 69. We found differences both constitutive inducible forms among juvenile response stress. Low 69 may be associated with susceptibility environmental Although regulation has widely recognized, its still unknown. The results current study demonstrated reduction
