摘要: Pt and Pd electrodes were monitored by STM in situ real time. In the case of Cu deposition on Pd, small domains first formed they gradually merged to form terraces. The surface finally became relatively smooth. Surface structure change electrode during oxide formation/reduction was also investigated. Growth parallel ridge domelike structures observed.
