摘要: The distribution of 99mTc-labelled ethylene-1-hydroxy-1,1-diphosphonate (EHDP) in young rats was studied 1, 3, 6 and 9 h after intraperitoneal injection. concentration 99mTc bone 8–10 times higher than that the kidnnys 20–1000 those other soft tissues. remained constant throughout observation time. In some animals sacrificed 6, or uptake liver spleen found majority animals.
