摘要: Abstract Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) is the most aggressive primary brain tumor, and notorious for resistance to chemoradiotherapy. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are significantly involved in initiation progression of numerous cancers; however, role miRNAs recurrence tumors remains unknown. Here we tried identify novel that differentially expressed recurrent GBM. Tissue samples were obtained from patients with GBM treated chemoradiotherapy, expression changes measured by microarray. A total 318 patients. The 43 altered at least 2-fold GBMs. Bioinformatic analysis revealed their putative target genes mainly cell death, cellular development, growth proliferation, which key regulators stem cells.
