摘要: Tumors are complex collections of heterogeneous cells with recruited vasculature, inflammatory cells, and stromal elements. Neoplastic frequently display a hierarchy in differentiation status. Recent studies suggest that brain tumors have limited population neoplastic called cancer stem the capacity for sustained self-renewal tumor propagation. Brain contribute to therapeutic resistance angiogenesis. In this minireview, we summarize recent data regarding critical signaling pathways involved cell biology discuss how targeting these molecules may development novel anti-glioma therapies.
