摘要: Abstract Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays, capable of detecting nanogram quantities IgG4 to 3 common food allergens, have been developed with use a monoclonal anti-human IgG4. Calibrated positive human sera were used construct standard curves. The allergens employed, major protein constituents egg (ovalbumin), milk (β-lactoglobulin) and-wheat (gluten), highly effective in coating microtitre plate wells; and the assays proved be sensitive, reproducible specific, terms both allergen IgG subclass. On testing from group non-allergic individuals high proportion found contain antibodies allergens. A pool 60 obtained blood donors also contained all results illustrate that against are frequently encountered normal individuals; this needs taken into consideration assessing possible role such immediate hypersensitivity reactions.
