摘要: As part of a study designed to reveal information about molecular features allergenic food proteins after absorption from the gut specificity antibodies in normal human serum hen's egg ovalbumin was investigated using ELISA techniques. Preliminary investigations with monoclonal and hyperimmune rabbit antiserum specific for its native denatured form established that molecule underwent an extensive conformational change on adsorption polyvinyl chloride microtitre plates. The conformation could be retained by couple protein surface. Serum 90% healthy adult donors contained IgG ovalbumin. In nearly all cases were predominantly not absorbed or peptides prepared it cleavage cyanogen bromide trypsin. Antibodies detected most sera but at very low levels preferentially homologous antigen; showing variable absorptive activity. Thus, although is ingested largely form, antibody response stimulated mainly topographic epitopes molecule.
