摘要: Hybridomas producing anti-creatine kinase (CK) and anti-lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) antibodies were screened by enzyme linked immunosorbant assay (ELISA) with antigen coated onto plastic wells. Out of seven positive for each isoenzyme CK, four failed to bind the radiolabeled in solution phase radioimmunoassay (RIA) or native competitive ELISA. Moreover, out nine shown reactive LDH-1 binding LDH-5 ELISA, not a single antibody bound either solution. Our results along other recent studies strongly suggest that conformation on solid may frequently be different from screening ELISA which is attached often inappropriate determining presence useful monoclonal antibodies.
