Infrared radiative properties of plasma-sprayed strontium zirconate

摘要: Abstract The room temperature directional-hemispherical reflectance and transmittance spectra of free-standing atmospheric plasma sprayed SrZrO 3 coatings with different thicknesses were measured in the wavelength range 0.8–6.0 µm, absorption coefficient scattering as a function extracted compared conventional yttria stabilized zirconia (YSZ) thermal barrier (TBCs). Results showed that is high scattering, low absorption, semitransparent material where turbine engine radiation most concentrated. extremely decreases increase wavelength, which caused by decrease relative size center wavelength. In range, higher than YSZ, beneficial for TBC applications.
