摘要: The sudden emergence of a sellers' market for world hydrocarbons, the Arab oil export embargo after Yom Kippur War and sharply increasing price all forms commercial energy have affected very foundations advanced economies. While west Japan are struggling to keep their technological societies, built on an uninterrupted flow cheap energy, smoothly afloat, People's Republic China (P.R.C.) is watching with uninhibited satisfaction derision. “ Energy crisis ” Peking just another proof ultimate capitalist system, something that could not happen in China.
