摘要: Oxygen isotope effect measurements are presented in the system (Y1-x-y Prx Cay) Ba2Cu307-δ. Substitution levels investigated x = 0.2, 0.3, 0.4 and 0.5 with no Ca substitution; y 0.5, 0.10, 0.15, 0.20, 0.25 0.30 a Pr substitution of 20% (x 0.2). We find1 that increasing leads to an effect, exponent approaching 0.5. at constant concentration reduces effect. The appears be function mobile hole concentration, it decreases continuously from α ≈ holes.
