摘要: We have measured the magnetic penetration depth of high-{Tc} superconducting system Y{sub 1{minus}{ital x}}Pr{sub {ital x}}Ba{sub 2}Cu{sub 3}O{sub 6.97} for 0.05{le}{ital x}{le}0.4 using technique transverse-field muon-spin relaxation. The temperature dependence is similar to that related compounds YBa{sub 7{minus}{delta}} with varying oxygen content. zero-temperature relaxation rate and {Tc} both decrease monotonically x}, in a manner those increasing {delta}. This observation consistent interpretation Pr nearly tetravalent this so largely suppressed by means filling holes conducting CuO{sub 2} planes. influence pair breaking, finite mean free path, correlation results other high-{ital T}{sub c}} superconductors are discussed.
