摘要: The indication provided by roadside has great significance in ecological terms particularly when environmental pollution is matter of concern. Soil and plant (Dalbergia sissoo Cannabis sativa) samples from ten locations along Islamabad Highway were analyzed for lead (Pb) concentration (mg kg –1 ) using atomic absorption spectrometry. further divided into site A B spatial difference Pb concentration. data subjected to multivariate analysis examine the relationship between distance plants. strong correlation was observed soil In addition, highest lowest values both plants found at same location. results show that decreases with increasing as sample one location declined This indicated road traffic may be key source present this area. Furthermore, C. sativa correlated more than D. soil. So can used a good choice species biomonitor
