摘要: ABSTRACTPurpose: We hypothesized that apoptosis is a downstream event in erectile dysfunction, and pro-apoptotic (Bak Bax) anti-apoptotic (Bcl-2 Bcl-x) factors are involved the etiology of diabetes induced dysfunction. To test this hypothesis intracavernous pressure diabetic insulin treated rats was measured to assess function. Molecular immunohistochemical analyses for were then performed rat crura their role dysfunction treatment.Materials Methods: A total 70, 6-month-old male Sprague-Dawley divided into 2 groups, including (50) healthy control (20) group.
