摘要: Fetuin is a serum protein widely distributed in the animal kingdom and found all mammalian species so far investigated. It mainly fetal protein, sense that highest concentrations are body fluids of embryos fetuses. In order to elucidate possible biological functions fetuin, we have studied its synthesis distribution during prenatal development rat with immunohistochemistry situ hybridization. We isolated fetuin from produced an antibody against this protein. hybridization was performed using 375-nucleotides-long digoxigenin-labeled riboprobe. unevenly organ systems development, most pronounced expression at E 10Fetuin E16–E18. present germinal cell populations, e.g., basal layer skin, populations brain anlage gonads, it heavily expressed hemopoietic liver. Furthermore, gastrointestinal epithelium prior glands crypts. mesenchymal derived tissues, bone muscle. developing kidney both condensations glomerular anlages. Thus, located cells or structures undergoing differentiation transformation. As has been shown previously interfere hormone signaling transforming growth factor-β, insulin hepatocyte-growth factor, might be involved tissue transformation initial histogenesis, i.e., time period which cellular phenotypic characteristics established.
