摘要: Studies using the sensitive and quantitative paired-label antibody binding technique gave no evidence that human rhabdomyosarcoma cells (RD cells) productively infected with RD-114 virus possessed feline leukemia virus-induced cell surface antigen (FeLV-CSA). The readily detected FeLV-CSA on RD intentionally virus. In addition, rabbit against which bound to of did not bind FeLV-CSA-positive cells. Electron microscopy confirmed a type-C was present in studied. These findings support other biological studies indicating is an endogenous distinct from previously described viruses.
