摘要: Praziquantel (PZQ), an active compound against Platyhelminthes, is essential anthelmintic for the aquaculture industry. However, there are few reports of environmental risks PZQ use in aquaculture. In this study, we monitored water and sediment at site Japanese amberjack, also called yellowtail (Seriola quinqueradiata). Although was detected during treatment 3 days post-treatment, levels were below detectable limit 60 m from net pen treatment, all samples. preliminary could not detect residue sediments site, no evidence about effect administration obtained.
