摘要: Abstract Impedance spectroscopy, constant-current iontophoresis, and potentiometry are used to characterize ionic transport in human epidermis vitro. A resistor (solution resistance) series with a parallel combination of resistance capacitance (membrane) is an equivalent circuit for epidermis. Membrane conduction appears occur free solution within restricted volume fraction. The flux tryptophanamide HCl across linear current, the efficiency varies from 1 5% among skin samples. Electro-osmosis be at best second-order effect. Iontophoresis reversible except long time tail impedance. Within alkali metals, cation selective, but not size selective.
