摘要: Summary The dielectric constant D of pulverized, dry stratum corneum is found to be 9.1–9.65 for frequencies between 400 and 10,000 cycles. The phase angle about 88° in the same frequency range. Determinations capacity resistance 6 cm2 show that it has, immediately after preparation, a capacitive conductivity which 230–300 times greater than has been dried several days air weight, drying being accompanied by loss moisture 20% weight corneum. The high with lag 10° associated (water or electrolyte) content corneous layer not dried. On basis resemblance dependence series polarization cells, as well independence both systems magnitude this angle, a. c.-conduction through explained electrolytic polarization. Experiments involving soaking membrane prepared compression make seem probable dependent upon stratified structure layer.
