摘要: Disclosed is the use of amylopectin potato starch obtained from potatoes whose amylose formation inhibited through breeding, or genetic engineering other molecular biological processes, as starting material for a process production cyclodextrin by reaction with glycosyltransferase. This combines positive effects natural those and distinguished, among properties, low lipid protein content therefore higher purity. The yield cyclodextrins surprisingly high. In this way can be produced at much lower cost than previously used first time on larger scale in technical processes.
