摘要: The present invention provides a method for the production of γ-CD, comprising making starch slurry, incubating with γ-CGTase and isoamylase simultaneously γ-CD production, forming complex an organic complexant, purifying from complexant. simple cost-effective producing high purity which has short cycle, conversion rate, is adaptable to large-scale industrial production.
