摘要: In this Letter, we study numerically diffraction gratings for surface plasmon polaritons. Investigated plasmonic consist of a periodic set dielectric ridges located on the metal surface. The grating period is comparable with wavelength incident wave. simulation results obtained within rigorous coupled-wave analysis framework have shown that SPP parasitic scattering suppression remarkably close to TE-polarized plane wave conventional grating. A compact and efficient reflecting considered as an example. presented can be used design high-efficiency two-dimensional optical elements steering propagation.
