Chromosomal location of genes for resistance to powdery mildew in Agropyron cristatum and mapping of conserved orthologous set molecular markers

摘要: Agropyron cristatum exhibits resistance to Blumeria graminis f. sp. tritici. Disomic and ditelosomic chromosome addition lines of A. in ‘Chinese Spring’ wheat were utilized determine which chromosomes carry gene(s). Resistance is conferred by gene(s) on arms 2PL 6PL. The availability molecular markers capable detecting these a background would be very useful for marker-assisted introgression 6PL chromatin into common wheat. With this aim, 170 conserved orthologous set (COS) (92 78 from homoeologous groups 2 6 respectively) assessed their utility cristatum. A total 116 (68.2%) COS successfully amplified product 46 (40.0%) polymorphic between From marker loci mapping group chromosomes, 23 (34.9%) them 13 assigned arm six mapped 4P showing that related 2. (46.0%) 17 located 6P, 6PS five 6PL, respectively. specific allocated the long 2P 6P may have role screening breeding powdery mildew disease resistance.
