摘要: Neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) are a heterogeneous group of neoplasms that arise from cells the neuroendocrine system. NETs characterized by being highly vascularized produce large amounts proangiogenic factors. Due to their complexity and heterogeneity, progress in development successful therapeutic approaches has been limited. For instance, standard chemotherapy-based therapies have proven be poorly selective for tumor toxic normal tissues. Considering urge develop an efficient therapy treat NET patients, vascular targeting proposed as new approach block growth. This review provides update mechanisms regulating different components vessels contribution progression order drugs. Following description classical anti-angiogenic target VEGF pathway, angiogenic targets such PDGFs, EGFs, FGFs semaphorins further explored. Based on recent research field, combination multiple vessel formation would best specifically inhibit
