摘要: Objective –To evaluate whether and which of the cerebral microdialysis parameters are predictive postoperative outcome after an experimental 75-min period hypothermic circulatory arrest (HCA) in a chronic porcine model. Design –Seventy-four juvenile female pigs underwent HCA at 20°C. A catheter was placed into cortex gray matter brain extracellular concentrations glucose, lactate, glycerol glutamate were measured throughout experiment by enzymatic methods using analyzer. Surviving animals sacrificed on 7th day histopathological examination performed. Results –Brain glucose higher that survived ( p = 0.017), especially from 90-min until 7-h interval start rewarming.
