摘要: Filamentous fungi and oomycetes are major pathogens of plants the principal cause destructive damage to ecosystems agriculture. During colonization their hosts, these phytopathogens produce a large array effectors break down host cellular components, evade immune responses modulate cell survival. The identification diverse from different ascomycete, basitiomycete offers an in-depth view effector function evolution. Effectors produced by plant operate at few interaction interfaces trafficked with several logistic strategies. This review summarizes various aspects genomics, such as trafficking routes, modular molecular construction, dynamic genome environment, modes host-modulation intricate co-evolution hosts.
