摘要: A 3D graphical representation of DNA sequences has been derived from mathematical denotation sequence. The also avoids loss information accompanying alternative 2D and in which the curve standing for overlaps intersects itself. geometrical centers graph indicate distribution base frequencies. An interesting phenomenon is observed Goat Gallus β-globin genomes with high G+C content. examination similarities/dissimilarities among coding first exon gene different species illustrates utility approach.
