摘要: We obtained data over 3 years on temporal-modulation perimetry (TMP), standard automated [white-on-white (W/W)] perimetry, and short-wavelength-sensitive [blue-on-yellow (B/Y)] in ocular hypertensive (OH) patients with early glaucomatous visual-field loss (EG). Evidence of defects was the use both B/Y TMP majority OH EQ eyes that demonstrated progression W/W as well all stable EG eyes. Using nerve-fiber-bundle pattern to compare testing procedures, we determined these were generally extensive or more than concurrent abnormalities. In terms location testing, reasonably consistent eyes, somewhat less demonstrating progression, inconsistent infrequent The greatest degree overlap occurred between by higher frequencies (8 16 Hz) perimetry. Since two methods are thought isolate different visual mechanisms subserved pathways, results suggest damage revealed may not be specific a single pathway.
