摘要: Purpose – This paper seeks to explore five forces likely significantly affect interlending operations in the near term: transition from print electronic resources; management of legacy collections; mass digitization projects; competition other information providers; and copyright. Design/methodology/approach The author uses data authoritative sources illustrate effects these are having will continue have on libraries ILL operations.
