摘要: Purpose – The paper's aim is to provide a review of the literature concerning interlending and document supply related matters.Design/methodology/approach paper based on reading over 150 journals, as well monographs, reports web sites.Findings Finch report in UK recommends Gold route open access with this tipping point would appear have been reached for at least where authors are funded.
