Extraction of rutin from buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum moench) seeds and determination by capillary electrophoresis

摘要: The content of the flavonoid rutin was determined in different milling fractions buckwheat seeds and stems, leaves, flowers. extraction performed by using a solvent containing 60% ethanol 5% ammonia water. extracts were analyzed capillary electrophoresis (running buffer 50 mM borate (pH 9.3), 100 sodium dodecyl sulfate; determination at 380 nm). In bran concentration 131-476 ppm, flour 19-168 ppm. On average, about 300, 1000, 46000 ppm found flowers, respectively. results indicate that could be an important nutritional source flavonoids, especially countries with low mean daily intake.
