摘要: Abstract In this paper, the chromium-free Zn-Al coatings prepared with different mixing ratios of 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxy (GPTMS) and methyltrimethoxysilane (MTMS) were presented. The morphology, composition formation mechanism observed studied by using scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS), X-ray diffractometer (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) thermal analysis. Polarization tests immersion used to study corrosion resistance coatings. results showed that had similar morphology Dacromet silane molecules hydrolyzed condensed form three-dimensional cross-linking networks. GPTMS nobler potential lower current density. time coating in 5 wt% NaCl solution could reach 58 days when ratio GPTMS/MTMS was equal 1.
