摘要: Bacterial endotoxins produce profound activation of the hypothalamo-pituitary-adrenal axis, mediated by stimulation hypothalamic CRF neurons. Although a number studies have described direct pituitary actions inflammatory mediators, effects stimuli on sensitivity corticotropes to remain be elucidated.
