摘要: Hydropic swelling, trophoblastic proliferation, and stromal avascularity of chorionic villi are the key features advanced cases complete hydatidiform moles (CHMs). Recently, however, use high-resolution ultrasonography has enabled earlier detection CHMs, these show previously unrecognized histologic such as numerous immature vascular networks, nonhydropic hypercellular stroma. frequent karyorrhexis in villous To determine whether vasculogenesis is affected CHMs very early pregnancy period (VECM). we compared number mature blood vessels their precursors stroma counted rates apoptosis defined by immunopositivity for cleaved caspase-3 Ki-67, 63 VECM, 11 partial mole (VEPM), 10 samples normal placental tissue (NP) before 13th gestational week. Using antibody to CD31. found that with distinct lumen was significantly reduced both VECM VEPM NP (P<0.001), but CD31-positive primitive cells or networks without did not differ among three groups. Stromal apoptotic rate higher than (P <0.001). which useful differential diagnosis. Our results suggest vasculogenic differentiation retarded due increased precursor components vessels. It may result a lack drainage cause progressive accumulation vesicular fluid later period.
