摘要: The early B cell factor (EBF) is a transcription shown crucial for the development of lymphocytes. protein expressed from earliest stages until mature stage, but control elements responsible regulation gene are unknown. In this study, we report identification promoter region flanking EBF gene. Several start sites were identified by primer extension analysis in approximately 3.1 kb predicted ATG. Transient transfections revealed that was able to stimulate reporter lymphoid and lesser extent, myeloid cells, not pre-T line. also functionally interact with E47, suggesting may be direct target activation E-proteins. addition, functional binding its own confirmed EMSA transfection assays indicating involved an autoregulatory loop. Finally, tissue-restricted bind upstream regulatory B-lineage further supporting idea cloned participates stage lineage specific expression
